Herztcm offers a thorough, one-stop Chinese medicine consultation so diagnosis and treatment are personal, reliable and complete.

Consultation and care

Care is given through internal herbal medicine or external treatment, supporting qi transformation, fluid metabolism of the lung, spleen and kidney, and the liver’s clearing function.

Pattern-based treatment

Treatment follows bianzheng lunzhi: we identify the pattern from the nature of the illness and the signs you present, then set a plan that addresses the root.

First visit

The first visit is detailed. We match herbal medicine, acupuncture or cupping to your constitution and needs, and can draw on a range of specialist approaches.

What pattern diagnosis adds

Pattern diagnosis is a core difference from biomedicine: inspection, listening and smelling, inquiry and pulse-taking are used together before a formula or treatment is chosen.

A connected body

Each person’s systems are read as connected and interdependent — body, emotion and mind — rather than as isolated parts.

Long hours, little exercise and irregular meals leave many Hong Kong teams in a sub-health state with no time to seek care. Herztcm pioneered on-site corporate TCM visits so busy staff can receive consultation during office hours. Most employee medical insurance also covers Chinese medicine. Companies that wish to support staff health are welcome to get in touch.

Booking a visit

Companies can book by email or WhatsApp. A registered practitioner can usually visit within two weeks.

On-site consultation

A registered Chinese medicine practitioner visits during office hours. The company only needs to prepare a meeting room or pantry.

Medicine delivery

Staff prescriptions are delivered to the office within three working days, with invoices and documents needed for insurance claims.

Why companies choose this

Staff do not need to take leave or use personal time to see a practitioner, and they are more likely to use the medical cover the company already provides.

Care before illness

FACE beauty acupuncture is a distinctive method founded by a leading Korean facial-acupuncture professor. Jasmine Cheung trained overseas and brought it to Hong Kong. It is a natural approach for facial contour, skin elasticity and complexion — for people who prefer healthy, non-harmful care.

What FACE is

Facial acupuncture is performed by a qualified Chinese medicine practitioner, based on Chinese medicine theory, and focuses on the head, face and sense organs — with needling, thread embedding, topical or internal medicine as appropriate — to support both function and appearance.

What it is for

It is a Chinese-medicine aesthetic method for sagging cheeks, tight or tired muscle texture, and early lines at the outer eye.

Treating before illness

“Treating before illness” is preventive care. Beauty acupuncture is our preferred way to meet the marks that time leaves on the face.

Apple cheeks and fascia

The “apple cheek” is not a muscle but a fat pad wrapped in fascia, only about 1.23 mm of skin above it. Think of fascia as a net — the SMAS layer between superficial fat and expression muscles. When the net is firm, the pads stay in place and the face looks full and taut.

How it differs from body acupuncture

Body acupuncture is known for circulating qi and blood. Beauty acupuncture does not mainly follow acupoints — facial points often sit on nerves and vessels, so those clusters are often avoided — though some areas still overlap.

Care for each other

Ease tightness

Cupping is known for relaxing sinews and easing sore muscles. This workshop also uses it as a way to care for someone close to you — learning, noticing, and treating one another.

What you learn

You learn meridians and key points with Jasmine, observe each other’s habits and body, choose where to cup, then practise on one another. Couples, family, friends and close colleagues are all welcome.

Date and time

Dates are arranged with the group, or you may form a private class with people you know. Each session is about 90–120 minutes.

What cupping can do

Cupping can speed local circulation and metabolism, support immune clearance after mild petechiae, ease muscle and fascia that are tight or stuck, and relieve some soft-tissue pain.

Workshop: HK$1,688 per pair. Existing patients receive 10% off.

After months of seeing mothers through pregnancy at the clinic, many have now welcomed their babies — and Jasmine can share the infant-massage training she continued in Taiwan. The course is for parents of babies aged 2–12 months, taught by registered Chinese medicine practitioner Jasmine.

A deeper bond

Parents who have taken the class say they feel more connected to their baby and clearer about what the baby needs.

Chinese medicine parenting wisdom

The course also weaves in traditional Chinese medicine ideas for new parents, so everyday care feels more confident.

Touch therapy

Infant massage is an old practice — in India, more than a thousand years. As a form of touch therapy it is simply skin-to-skin contact. Touch is a first language: regular, gentle contact supports growth, development and communication.

A foundation for later relationships

Massage builds closeness. A warm bond with a caregiver is widely seen as a foundation for later relationships. It can settle mood, reduce crying, support circulation and metabolism, and help the baby feel safe.
